Orders over 100 CHF are shipped free of charge with DHL Express, delivery usually takes place within 2-5 working days.

Orders under 100 CHF are usually delivered within 5-7 working days with DHL Express or Standard Post.

The golf item shown is for illustrative purposes only. However, you will receive exactly the model described and shown. All of our golf clubs are new, in their original packaging and are often delivered in the original manufacturer's box.

Orders over 100 CHF
Select "Delivery against signature". If you are not at home, the package will be left at a DHL collection point near you, often at Migros or other DHL partners.

Alternatively, you can choose the “Delivery without signature” option at checkout, where the courier will leave your order in a safe place at your home.

Orders under 100 CHF
These are usually delivered without a signature. Since most products under 100 CHF are small items, the courier will probably leave the package in your mailbox, based on our experience.

No , at Golfrabbit.ch we take care of the priority customs process for all shipments sent from the international warehouse and automatically cover all customs and import costs. The price you see with us is the final price (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid). Shipping is via DHL Express and takes 2-5 working days

Yes, you can track your order directly here . Simply enter your order number and your email address or phone number to see the current status of your delivery, the tracking number and the courier service (usually DHL).

If no information is available, the package may not have been handed over to the courier yet. You will receive an email as soon as this has happened. Alternatively, you can track your order in the footer menu under International Tracking.

Golf clubs:
We do not accept exchange or return requests based on customer preference. Please check your order carefully before completing it.

Golf clothing:
You can return golf clothing within 14 days to receive a new model in your desired size. Returns for customer convenience will only be accepted if the products are in unused condition and all labels are intact.

Golf accessories (e.g. golf balls):

Exceptions:
Mystery boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective or damaged items:
If a product arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. In such cases, we will organize an exchange. If an exchange is not possible due to stock shortages, we will refund the purchase price of the product.
