Our new golf clubs are packaged in the manufacturer's original protective film and, if available, are shipped in the original manufacturer's box.

For our pre-owned golf clubs, the condition is clearly stated in the product description; please check it carefully.

Golf clubs:
We do not accept exchange or return requests based on customer preference. Please check your order carefully before completing it.
Golf clothing:
You can return golf clothing within 14 days to receive a new model in your desired size. Returns for customer convenience will only be accepted if the products are in unused condition and all labels are intact.
Golf accessories (e.g. golf balls):
We do not accept exchange or return requests based on customer preference. Please check your order carefully before completing the purchase.
Exceptions:
Mystery boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.
Defective or damaged items:
If a product arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. In such cases, we will organize an exchange. If an exchange is not possible due to stock shortages, we will refund the purchase price of the product.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel your order after it has been confirmed. Therefore, please check all details carefully before completing your order.
If there is an error in your order, such as a typo, incorrect size or specification, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to manually adjust the order if it is still possible.
