The packages are shipped with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – this means: The import taxes are included in the price and you do not have to pay anything else

Your golf goods will be delivered within 2-7 days (tracking included). For more information about shipping, please visit our shipping page .

Our new golf clubs are packaged in the manufacturer's original protective film and, if available, are shipped in the original manufacturer's box.

A notice:

For our pre-owned golf clubs, the condition is clearly stated in the product description; please check it carefully.

As soon as we have shipped your golf goods, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

If you would like to change the delivery date or make other adjustments, you can do so directly in the app or on the website of the shipping service provider (DHL, FedEx or Swiss Post).

Return policy at Golfrabbit.ch

Golf clubs:
We do not accept exchange or return requests based on customer preference. Please check your order carefully before completing it.

Golf clothing:
You can return golf clothing within 14 days to receive a new model in your desired size. Returns for customer convenience will only be accepted if the products are in unused condition and all labels are intact.

Golf accessories (e.g. golf balls):

We do not accept exchange or return requests based on customer preference. Please check your order carefully before completing the purchase.



Exceptions:
Mystery boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective or damaged items:
If a product arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. In such cases, we will organize an exchange. If an exchange is not possible due to stock shortages, we will refund the purchase price of the product.
