1. Golf clubs
We do not accept exchange or return requests based on customer preference. Please check your order carefully before completing it.
2. Golf clothing
- Returns possible within 14 days if a new model in the desired size is desired.
- Returns for customer convenience will only be accepted if the products are unused and all labels are intact.
3. Golf accessories (e.g. golf balls)
We do not accept exchange or return requests based on customer request. Please check your order carefully before purchasing.
4. Exceptions
- Mystery boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Defective or damaged items
- If a product arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
- In such cases, we will organize an exchange. If an exchange is not possible due to stock shortages, we will refund the purchase price of the product.
6. Procedure for returns or exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange, please send us the following information:

- product name
- Description of the problem (including photos)
