WHITE HOT VERSA Putter: Advanced black and white contrasts for precise face alignment

• The VERSA alignment, which was first introduced in 2013 and has been used by many tour players since then, returns in 2023 with the latest head design. The "WHITE HOT VERSA Putter" is optimized to simplify the alignment of the face to the target. The newly integrated sole weighting gives the putter a flat center of gravity and a high moment of inertia. Equipped with Odyssey's renowned White Hot Insert, it significantly improves performance on the green. The product line includes five models, from classic blades to larger mallets, with a total of eight variants that offer different neck shapes.

Special features of the VERSA alignment

• Unlike other alignments that are aligned relative to the target line, VERSA alignment is characterized by its black and white stripes that run parallel to the clubface. The strong contrast between black and white makes it easier to align the clubface precisely perpendicular to the target. Studies show that around 70% of golfers have difficulty aligning the clubface correctly. A deviation of just 1 degree can deviate the ball from the center of the hole by more than 5 cm at a distance of 3 meters. VERSA alignment helps minimize such errors.

Wider stripes for better alignment

• The new version of the VERSA alignment features wider white stripes that make it even easier to see and correct face tilt. The design has been adjusted to perfectly match the width of the putter face and is optimized for each head type to maximize the contrast between black and white.

Flat center of gravity and high moment of inertia for more stable shots

• In addition to improved alignment, the VERSA putter head features the latest technology. Sole weights (approx. 15g tungsten in the STROKE LAB model and 10g stainless steel in the steel shaft model) are located at the toe and heel to keep the center of gravity flat and increase the moment of inertia. This results in more stable shots and improved ball roll with less backspin.

White Hot Insert for optimal ball feel

• The " WHITE HOT VERSA Putter " is equipped with the tried and tested White Hot Insert. This is made of the same material as the ball cover and offers soft but precise feedback when hitting. This insert has been one of the most popular on the tour for over 20 years and has brought many victories worldwide.
